- Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
- Payments are accepted via Visa, MasterCard, bank transfer, and approved international payment gateways.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Before 31 May 2027 — Full refund on the registration fee.
- 01 June – 15 August 2027 — 50% refund on the registration fee.
- After 15 August 2027 — No refunds will be issued.
- Exceptions may only be considered in cases of documented medical emergencies or visa rejections with valid supporting documents.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Seafood & Health Conference 2027 Organizing Committee.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 20 business days after confirmation.
Force Majeure Clause
The Seafood & Health Conference 2027 organizers shall not be held liable for any delay, disruption, postponement, or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

- Civil unrest
