A clear global message
The International Conference on Seafood & Health 2027 is built around a clear global message: seafood plays a greater role in the future of human nutrition, sustainable food systems, and planetary health.
As countries around the world work to increase seafood production and promote healthier and more sustainable sources of protein, seafood offers significant advantages. It provides high-quality protein along with essential micronutrients and nutrients that are often limited or absent in many land-based protein sources. At the same time, responsible seafood production and well-managed fisheries can contribute to lower environmental impacts and support the long-term sustainability of global food systems.
As global demand for seafood continues to grow, international seafood trade is also expected to expand. Vietnam, one of the world's leading seafood-producing and exporting nations, provides a highly relevant setting for this global conversation. By bringing the conference to Vietnam, we aim to create an international platform at the heart of one of the world's most dynamic seafood markets.

Short, high-impact sessions from farmers, hatchery operators, and exporters on what's happening on the water right now ā yields, biosecurity, costs, and the realities behind the headlines.
Blue Boardroom Huddles
Closed-door, peer-only roundtables for CEOs and senior leaders of exporting companies and aquaculture groups. Confidential conversations on tariffs, certification burdens, and supply chain risk
Tide Talks
provocations from voices outside the usual seafood circuit ā marine biologists, ocean-tech founders, policy disruptors, and conservationists ā bringing in ideas the industry doesn't hear enough.
